These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SEEYAAA application and services ("Service") operated by:

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use SEEYAAA. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this requirement is not met.
SEEYAAA is an AI-powered companion application. The Service provides:

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Plans and pricing:
Free trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at the start of the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee.
Automatic renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price. You will be charged on the same date each period. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal.
Payment processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Charges will appear as "OMNIFIO* SEEYAAA" on your bank statement.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
How to cancel: Account Settings → Manage Billing → Cancel Subscription. The process requires no more than two clicks.
Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by using the Service immediately after subscribing (including during the free trial), you acknowledge that the digital content delivery begins right away and you expressly consent to waive your right of withdrawal once the Service has been accessed.
If you have not accessed the Service within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@omnifio.cz.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Czech and EU law.
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and content, is owned by Omnifio s.r.o. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Content you create or share through the Service remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence and are entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
